Jose and Reyna – 12/12/12 Wedding of MY dreams!
As everyone who knows me knows, 12/12/12 has been an obsession of mine for a year and half. And on 12/12/12 a wedding took place that has surpassed my dreams. No, it wasnt the Maya Marriage of Many, but it had just as much going on!
On September 23, 2012 I received and inquiry from a very adorable bride named Reyna. And she wanted a small wedding on 12/12/12 with just her and her fiance Jose. Since 12/12/12 was only 10 weeks away and a very popular date, we had to get moving. Long story short, they wound up with a lovely group of 14 or so for their wedding at Cahal Pech Ruins. Their wedding I organized through Keli at I Do Belize Weddings was lovely and to be photographed.
Of course, this is one of the couples whose wedding had to be moved due to issues at NICH, so they didnt get their first choice of Xunantunich. This, sadly, plagued the couple, and they’d never be able to get past the remorse of not having those photos. I completely understood, but the problem was it was 630 PM on Dec 11. Their wedding began in 14 hours.

As good fortune would have it, Monica Gallardo was available. Then, before we knew it, Jose and Reyna not only got their pictures taken at Xunantunich after their original ceremony at Cahal Pech, they then went on to a Butterfly Farm and on Horseback! I cannot wait to see these images.
What i love the most, at the last minute, spinning on a dime….Team Belize can make your wedding dreams literally, come true.
