Simply put, your budget is the amount of money you are comfortable spending on your day, event, or trip. Your Rough Budget is nothing more than a jumping-off point so I can begin to pull together suggestions and estimates. If your Rough Budget isn’t reasonable, I’ll tell you immediately. For example, if you tell me that your Rough Budget is $5000 USD and you are expecting 150 guests, I can tell you that it’s simply not possible for me to do that. If you tell me you have a $30,000 budget for 10 guests, I’ll tell you the sky’s the limit – what is your absolute dream?

Anything between the extremes will be directly impacted by your Non-Negotiables.

But remember, your accommodation selection will be the foundation of your entire event, so it’s vital we start with the right options that will also meet your budget.
