Many countries in the Caribbean and Latin America have some sort of Carnival. Belize is no exception. I was curious about this custom, and did a bit of research. First, i was shocked to find there is actually a website, www.belizecarnival.com. The website says Carnival is in September, but that's a different one i guess.
