Lisa Light Is Here!

When i  started the Romantic Travel Association of Belize, i knew that i really was giving myself a very very easy job.  All i had to do was do what i loved…which is live, breathe, and love belize.  You know what they say, when you love what you do its not work…its easy.  Well, not really….

For a nearly a year, i’ve been working with Lisa Light, Destination wedding planner and networking queen extraordinairre on getting her down to belize to experience…..THIS.  THis place, this energy, these people…and what’s so exciting for me, I truly love seeing my Beloved belize through the eyes of someone new.

As i was driving them down the street in good ole Cholo’s 27, Terry commented behind me that front street looked like a set out of a movie.  They loved the hand painted signs, the zipping golf carts, the people on the street.

Today, I sent them with SeaDuced for the 2 stop snorkel, Caye Caulker day tour.  It’s just one of the best days someone can have.  I called her on the cell phone provided by Dianne at “Go Phones” just as she was about to buy a guatemalan runner in Caye Caulker for use in the photo shoot on thursday at Portofino 🙂  Just a regular day in paradise!

Tomorrow, i’m going to meet the Crew of Roving Wedding Planners at the Palapa Bar, and drive them around the island with a golf cart provided by Ambergris Vacation Rentals, then back to Palapa Bar for sundowners and snacks on the best sundowner party deck on the island.

It’s a tough job, but then i’m going to have to accompany them to the incredible Rendezvous Restaurant for the famous “Chefs Table” dinner.   Then, for the toughest part of all, i’ll be staying the night at Portofino in anticipation of the photo shoot on Thursday 😀

Any sympathy anyone?  come on….anyone?  shucks… ;-p
