I was in Placencia last weekend for work, when i heard of “this guy tony who does special culinary tours from Hopkins”. While I am about as much a foodie as my deaf, blind foster cat is a sommelier, I do understand that for some, FOOD is a very big deal. So when i heard that there might be someone that could help my foodie clients find their foodie utopia, i had to meet him. Ms. Emma is a botanical wonder who will personally guide you through her tropical fruit fantasia, one of the most diverse samplings of exotic plants and edible fruits all in one place in Belize. She will then prepare a gourmet multi course lunch using many of the ingredients form her farm and garden.

Southern Belize Agro-culinary tour. Depart after breakfast for a full day of gastronomical indulgence. We will stop at a Spice Farm for a guided tour of many exotic spices being grown and processed on premises, then continue to the village of Punta Gorda for a living Mayan Experience and have a Mayan lunch, then on the one of Belize’s most renown Chocolate factories and Cocoa farms for a tour and sampling.

Snorkel or Fish The hemispheres largest Barrier reef- Take a private boat with your own captain and visit one of our private islands for a great Seafood Shore lunch. Relax, snorkel, Amore’.
