Hopkins, Belize – A Driving Tour

I had to go to Placencia for work, and by work, I mean “find an unusual out of the way location for an ‘adventure’ wedding”. My friend had a vehicle and had heard of this great place north of Hopkins, so we went for the day. On the way back to Placencia, we decided to stop into Hopkins Village for a visit, and to find “Tony”. We found Tony, then hooked up with a friend at the far north side of the village, while Tony had been on the far south side. Hopkins is very spread out, very old school Belize, and very very charming. My “Hopkins, Belize – A Driving Tour”
