Lara Goldman plans destination nuptials in Belize, and had a prospective client make a very special request: to get married at an ancient temple, on a beach. “There is only one place on earth this is possible—at Cerros Mayan in northern Belize,” says Goldman. “After I’d spent weeks getting the logistics sorted out, the bride then asked me, ‘If the sand isn’t to my liking, can we change it?'”
