San Pedro Red Cross Receives First Pack For A Purpose Donation

In June, I shared with you my discovery and enrollment in the Pack For A Purpose program.  I wrote several blogs this summer about the process of enrolling, joining, and developing the San Pedro listing.  In the last few weeks, I was contacted by two different tourists who were aware of the Pack For A Purpose program, and were going to be bringing down items to donate.  I was thrilled.

Today I received a call from Don and Carol Schutz from Minnesota. They had arrived in San Pedro a week ago, and called today to inform me of their donation.  I went to their condo to pick the items up this afternoon.

 

These office supplies will go a loooong way in helping set up the new Red Cross Office in San Pedro Town.
